We are so proud to be representing Oklahoma as a showcasing artist at SXSW this year. We are humbled by this opportunity and the exciting chance to perform with our friends Tallows, Horse Thief and Colourmusic once again. Oklahoma has long been a source for talent in the music and arts community and we couldn’t be happier that we as a state are finally reaching a time where those involved are being recognized on a national stage. As we look around in all that has happened for Oklahoma in the past few years it becomes staggering to see what so many artists, entrepreneurs and supporters of the arts have done to introduce Oklahoma as a creative and artistic community where expression and culture can thrive openly and not be tucked away, hidden from a majority of the population. We appreciate all of the support we have received over the past two years of being a band and can’t thank all who have been a part of our journey. It is because of this that we are taking the band back into the studio and working on our next release. There are few details as of yet but we will post another update soon with a full explanation of our next endeavor. Until then be well and love much.

We’re very excited to announce our upcoming performance in Oklahoma City at The Blue Note on February 22. This will be a very special performance as we will be collaborating with DJ Triple 8 for our set that evening. Our approach to our songs will contain fresh textures and beats mixed with our typical arrangement of live instrumentation that will create something that’s bound to be very special.
We have one planned rehearsal as a full group which will leave the interpretation of our songs up to Joshua and provide for great off the cuff improvisational elements. So despite the fact that there will be lots of EDM infused elements it will still be very musical and dynamic.
